During exercise it is important to optimize your fluid balance and to ensure that the glycogen store in your muscles does not get depleted. A fluid loss of 3-4% of your body weight, can reduce your performance by 20%. Complaints such as cramps, headaches and overheating can arise. Available with different flavors.

Usage:
Add 3 heaped tablespoons (60 g) of Sports Drink in 750 ml of water. Shake well. Drink at least a bottle (750 ml) per hour. After preparation, consume within 24 hours (keep in the fridge).
